Yerevan to host fourth international ballet festival![]() May 15, 2026 - 17:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The 4th International Ballet Festival will take place in Yerevan from June 2-6, the city municipality announced. On June 2 and 3, the premiere of the ballet “Tamar,” staged by renowned choreographer Ilya Zhivoy and created by special commission of Yerevan Municipality, will be presented. On June 5 and 6, audiences will be able to watch the ballet-oratorio “David of Sassoun,” which has already gained wide recognition and popularity. All performances will begin at 8:00 p.m. at Tumanyan Park. Admission will be free. Ara Aivazian said Azerbaijan continues the traditions of Turkey after seizing territories and forced Armenians out.
