CEC explains how to check voter lists

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission has explained how citizens can check whether they are included in the voter list.

Citizens must visit the voter registry section of the CEC’s official website or the voter list search section and enter personal information, including first name, last name and patronymic.

If the data cannot be found, citizens should contact not the Central Electoral Commission but the authorized body — the Interior Ministry’s Migration and Citizenship Service through hotline 8422.

“You may contact the Migration and Citizenship Service regarding this issue until 14:00 on May 26.

An important note: citizens may search not only for their own data but also for other voters, and if inaccuracies are identified regarding themselves, they may also apply to the authorized body,” the statement said.

The election campaign, which began on May 8, will continue until June 5. June 6 will be observed as a day of silence, while elections will be held on June 7.
