Armenian music bands to participate in Batumi's "Golden Fleece" carnivalJuly 28, 2009 - 15:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On August 20-23, Batumi will host the first "Golden Fleece" carnival, under the patronage of Georgian Tourism Department. The event is financed by Conformance company. According to Georgian Tourism Department Chairman Peter Kankava, "Golden Fleece" carnival will promote cultural relations and tourism among participating countries. So far, music bands from 9 courtiers: Romania, Bulgaria, Armenia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Lithuania, Greece, Poland and Latvia agreed to participate. Carnival's prize fund comprises Euro 10 000.
