We're confident US Government will agree with your decision as the word "existing" is a precondition in itself . We urge you to respect Armenian nation's rights while concluding the protocols so that in future we, Defense Council of Western Armenia, as an authorized body, could demand our territories in accordance with international laws," the letter said.
