"If Turkey is not going to ratify the Protocols they wouldn't be signed," he said. "Anyway, we are patient enough to wait and see." "Armenia has numerously stated intention to normalize relations with Turkey. In case the Turkish parliament doesn't ratify the Protocols we will act according to the plan we announced earlier," President Sargsyan said. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
