HEYDAR ALIYEV OFFICIALLY PROPOSED AS AZERI PRESIDENT

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Political Council of the "Yeni Azerbaijan" (YA) ruling party officially nominated the acting leader of the Azeri state Heydar Aliyev for the post of the president of the country for the election to be held October 15. As reported by RIA "Novosti", the "YA" party activists speaking at the Political Council expressed assurance that the overwhelming majority of the constituents would vote in favor of Aliyev at the election.
