Armenia won't stand any delay in Protocols ratificationOctober 28, 2009 - 21:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 28, RA NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan met Peter Semneby, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus. The parties focused on normalization of RA-Turkey ties without preconditions. RA NA Speaker presented Armenia's position, noting that Turkey will receive corresponding attitude from Armenia, in case of causing delays in Protocol ratification. He also stressed that Protocols do not suggest unilateral obligations for Armenia, which undertook the step to normalize bilateral relations. Should Turkey fail to ratify protocols within reasonable terms, Armenia will immediately undertake steps, Hovik Abrahamyan concluded, RA NA press service reported.
