Russian President reminds Aliyev about CSTO charter

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev's latest statement conforms to the course taken up by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, who warned Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev against "wrong conduct," military expert Ruben Meghrabyan told PanARMENIAN.Net

In an interview with Belarusian media, the Russian President said, "The charter of the Collective Security Treaty Organization reads that aggression against one of the member countries is viewed as aggression against the entire bloc. It's a very serious language. We sometimes forget about it but actually there are partner commitments, which include military commitments as well."
