Russian-Armenian University hosts young humanitarian law expertsNovember 26, 2009 - 15:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University launched Thursday a 2-day international conference on humanitarian law, with young humanitarian law experts from Europe, Iran, Russia and CIS states among participants.In their opening remarks, RAU scientific department pro-rector Pargev Avetisyan and head of the delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross delegation in Armenia Nadya Kebir Raoloson emphasized the importance of the event.
