Chief of the National Statistical Service Stepan Mnatsakanian said it at today's press conference. In his words, the figure does not comprise the citizens registered on the Republic territory but not living in Armenia at the moment of holding the census. The final results of the census will be summed up before the end of the summer. Mnatsakanian emphasized that 3% error is possible in numbers.
