Lyudmila Sargyan was not legal representative of Hnchak party

PanARMENIAN.Net - Lyudmila Sargyan's statement on my cooperation with Armenian authorities and intention to withdraw the party from Armenian National Congress are untrue.

"Hnchak social democratic party will continue collaboration with ANC," All Hncak Administration chairman Sedrak Achemyan said at the joint news conference with party administration member Vahan Shirkhanyan in Yerevan.

Dwelling on collaboration with Armenian authorities, Achemyan noted that party's collaboration with Armenian authorities is based on national interests.

Vahan Shirkhanyan, for his part, stressed that Lyudmila Sargyan was not the legal representative of Hnchak party as she wasn't elected during the congress.

He also added that upon the departure of actual party leader from Armenia, Sargsyan announced herself as party leader, and passed decisions contradicting to party regulations. "Moreover, All Gnchak Administration strictly reprimanded Lyudmila Sargsyan and demanded to hold a new congress, which kept being delayed on her initiative," Shirkhanyan emphasized.
