The ceremony was attended by Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II, Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan, Minister of Transport and Communications Gurgen Sargsyan, Executive Director of HayPost "(Armenian post) Juan Pablo Gechijian, Acting Chief Director of" HayPost Arman Khachatryan, chairman of Armenian Philately Union Hovik Musayelyan and other high-ranking guests.
