ANC: Armenia’s foreign policy failed

PanARMENIAN.Net -
The Armenian National Congress (ANC) has labeled Armenia’s foreign policy as “failed”.

“Armenian President just wanted to enlist support of superpowers but the attempts produced quite an opposite result. This policy is short-sighted and based on wrong estimation,” ANC representative Levon Zurabyan told a news conference on Tuesday. “That what was supposed to be normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations has transformed into an Armenian-Turkish conflict.”

At that he presumed that Ankara will ratify the Protocols on normalization of relations with Armenia only in case an agreement on Karabakh is reached.

”Ankara will drag out ratification unless progress in Karabakh talks is registered,” he said.
