  RA Police Chief conferred lieutenant general rank April 15, 2010 - 11:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on conferring the rank of lieutenant general on RA Police Chief Alik Sargsyan. By another presidential decree, RA Police deputy chief Hunan Poghosyan, RA Police representative to the Armenian Embassy in Russia Yuri Manukyan and head of the RA Police criminal investigation department Hovhannes Tamamyan were conferred the rank of major general.
