RA Justice Minister and UN Special Rapporteur discuss improvements in prison conditions

PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 15, RA Minister of Justice Gevorg Danielyan met with a delegation led by UN Special Rapporteur, Human Rights Defender Margaret Sekaggya.

At the meeting, parties discussed improvements in prison conditions, with RA Justice Minister briefing the guests on steps implemented in this direction.

Margaret Sekaggya requested RA Justice Minister to assist in the process of translating UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders into Armenian, RA Justice Ministry press service reported.
