  Stepan Safaryan: Baku’s provocations aim to test Armenia’s reaction June 22, 2010 - 14:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku’s provocations aim to test Armenia and international community’s reaction to attempts to resolve Nagorno Karabakh conflict by the use of force, an Armenian politician said. “Azerbaijan’s actions are not a novelty in the region. Georgia had the same experience in the conflict with Russia,” head of Heritage parliamentary group Stepan Safaryan told journalists on June 22.
