 FYCA: Armenian state-run organizations should be replenished with young staffJune 23, 2010 - 15:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - There are 1800 state-run organizations in Armenia, which should be replenished with young staff President of Federation of Youth Clubs of Armenia (FYCA) said. Atom Mkhitaryan offers to form a civil council at the RA President, with a further creation of personnel database. “A relevant package will be submitted to the government soon,” he told journalists in Yerevan. “The youth is more passive in Armenia than in the neighbor countries, that is why tenfold international funds flow to Azerbaijan,” Mkhitaryan added. He also mentioned the lack of information on the international programs as one of the main problems.
