WB to facilitate implementation of RA Economy Ministry programs

PanARMENIAN.Net - WB leading economist for South Caucasus Pedro Rodriguez said that the results of the Armenian government’s anti-crisis policy are tangible, especially, in the construction industry.

“We seek to facilitate economy rehabilitation. We discussed with the Minister of Economy and CBA Chairman the ways for comprehensive usage of the republic’s export potential during the upcoming years,” he said.

Besides, Mr. Rodriguez noted that the WB is going to assist implementation of a range of programs, including the modernization program of the RA Ministry of Economy, which is aimed at approximation with the European Union and preparation for signing of free trade agreement, as well as the program on electronic society.
