As a matter of fact, S-300 is a defense system which is deployed in compliance with international norms,” Sergei Lavrov said in an interview with Public Armenian Television, when commenting on reports on possible sale of S-300 to Azerbaijan. “S-300 is meant to defend the territory from missile attacks.
