OSCE mission conducts regular monitoring

PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 8, in accordance with the earlier achieved agreement with the NKR authorities, the OSCE mission conducted а regular monitoring of the line of contact of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani Armed Forces on Martakert-Tartar road.

From the positions of the NKR Defense Army the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Antal Herdich (Hungary) and Hristo Hristov(Bulgaria).

From the opposite side, the monitoring was held by Coordinator of the OSCE Office, Lieutenant-Colonel Imre Palatinus (Hungary) and Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Zhaslan Nurtazin(Kazakhstan) and William Pryor (Great Britain).

The monitoring passed in accordance with the planned schedule. No violation of the cease-fire regime was recorded.

As it was planned, during the monitoring the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Robert Bradtke(USA), Bernard Fassier(France) and Igor Popov(Russia), as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk crossed the line of contact.

The monitoring mission from the Karabakhi side was accompanied by representatives of the NKR Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs, the NKR MFA Press service reported.
