FAOM: words of Russian parliament member Viktor Ilyukhin resemble statements usually made by Baku regime

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Forum of Armenian Organizations of Moscow (FAOM) is indignant over the anti-Armenian statements of Vice-Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee for Constitutional Legislation and State-Building, member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Viktor Ilyukhin made in an interview to Azerbaijani media.

"In his interview, the parliament member is making a desperate and pitiful attempt to rewrite the historical reality in the Karabakh conflict. The estimation made in the interview is extremely one-sided, tendentious and odious. Baku regime has repeatedly made similar accusations addressed to the Armenian people and activists," reads FAOM's statement.

The statement urges members of the Russian parliament to pay attention to discrediting and false statements of their colleague, as well as to appropriately estimate this phenomenon.
