  Serzh Sargsyan issues congratulatory message on Teacher’s Day October 3, 2010 - 17:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan issued a congratulatory message on occasion of Teacher’s Day. “The future of Armenia depends on the diligent work of our teachers. The educational system is having hard times but we are confident that the positive results will be obvious soon. The role of the teacher doubles parallel to implementation of education reforms,” the President said.
