Artsakh-made industrial products featured at Marseilles exhibition

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ceremonial opening of the Armenian hall, represented this time by Artsakh, took place within the framework of international fair in the French city of Marseilles.

According to the Permanent Mission of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic to France, representatives of the Armenian community, local authorities, and mass media participated in the event. Chairman of the Armenian Youth Cultural Center of Marseilles Karo Hovsepian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to France Vigen Chitechian, NKR Minister of Economic Development Karen Yesayan delivered greeting speeches. Karen Yesayan thanked the organizers and visitors of the exhibition, as well as to the Chairman of the General Council of the south region of France Jean-Noel Guerrin (Provence Alpes Cotes d'Azur) for their interest towards Artsakh.

Numerous samples of NKR-made handicraft and light industry products made were exhibited at the fair.

The event also featured a documentary on Artsakh and round table discussions on the prospects of economic development in NKR, NKR Foreign Ministry press service reported.
