Smolik, a diplomat and foreign policy professional, will conduct a lecture on Anticorruption Policies and Good Governance at the American University of Armenia. Mr. Smolik has earned Masters Degrees from Harvard University and the University of California, Berkeley, the U.S. embassy press service reported. Mr. Smolik has lectured extensively on such topics as good governance and anti-corruption, economic development, and countering the financing of terrorism.
