As he told a news conference in Yerevan, the candidature of a new co-rapporteur for monitoring in Armenia will possibly be submitted upon formation of a new delegation of the Swiss parliament to PACE. Dwelling on creation of the interim committee for Karabakh in PACE, Harutyunyan stated, “our position on the issue remains unchanged. One shouldn’t repeat the venture which has failed once.
