The document calls on both sides to confirm their adherence to 1949’s Geneva Conventions and 1977’s additional protocols. A number of basic principles for Karabakh conflict settlement were offered, including mutual benefits, mutual dependence, the will of civil society, Novosti Azerbaijan reported.
