Vladimir Karapetyan: Azerbaijan will try to benefit from the impending Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian citizens will know nothing about the Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting to be held in Astrakhan, Russia, on October 27, as the talks are close for public, a representative of the Armenian National Congress said.

“Azerbaijan frustrated the negotiations with Armenia in June, given the unfavorable atmosphere Russia created for it during the last presidential meeting. This time, Azerbaijan will do its best to gain some advantage before the meeting,” Vladimir Karapetyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“Azerbaijan will try to benefit from the impending meeting,” he added.
