Working group on Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railroad construction meets in Kars

PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia gathered in Kars on October 26-27 to discuss building of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railroad.

The working group members visited the construction sites, noting the importance of the project for the three states, Trend News reported.

The construction is expected to be accomplished in 2013.

Being an Azerbaijani-Turkish initiative, the project excludes Armenia from some regional projects.
