Less than a quarter of Karabakh residents trust OSCE MGNovember 25, 2010 - 16:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Less than a quarter of Nagorno Karabakh residents say that the OSCE Minsk Group of the organizations they trust the most, according to the Nagorno Karabakh poll of the first ever internationally conducted Comparative Opinion Polls in Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh on Socio-Political Issues and Foreign Relations published by the European Friends of Armenia (EuFoA). Only a quarter in NK say that the OSCE MG is the organization which is most supportive of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh. 43% think that the MG has a role to play in the conflict settlement but less than a third of people in Artsakh believe that the organization is among those most interested on a peace deal. Russia is seen extremely positively in Nagorno Karabakh. Levels of trust (85%), supportiveness for Karabakh and Armenia (78%), a strong role in the conflict settlement (87%) and interest in peace (80%) are much higher than the next best country or organization (France: 32%, 40%, 46% and 23% respectively.
