ARMENIAN PREMIER NAMED "HASTY" THE STATEMENT ABOUT NECESSITY OF CONTROL OVER BODIES GUARDING TERRORISTS

PanARMENIAN.Net - YEREVAN, May 18. /Mediamax/. Prime minister of Armenia Andranik Margarian named "hasty and unacceptable" the statement of the People's party and "Hayastan" deputy group about the necessity to set up temporal parliamentary commission to disclose any possible violations of the law-enforcement bodies, guarding the accused of the fall 1999 terrorist act in the Armenian parliament.

This question is of great public importance and before making such statements its authors should have held consultations with all the parliamentary forces about the mechanisms of activity of that commission, prime minister said. Andranik Margarian said he personally has no reasons not to trust the law-enforcement bodies in this issue. --0--
