Edward Nalbandian: Baku doesn’t resolve Karabakh conflict but makes a stir

PanARMENIAN.Net - Restoration of the PACE subcommittee on Nagorno Karabakh evidences of Azerbaijan’s attempts to bring his internal propaganda onto international platforms, Armenia’s top diplomat said.

During a joint news conference with his Ukrainian counterpart Kostyantyn Hryshchenko, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian emphasized that Baku doesn’t resolve the Karabakh conflict but just makes a stir.

“The previous activity of this PACE panel proved completely inefficient,” Minister Nalbandian said.
