OSCE stresses importance of ceasefire observation in Karabakh conflict settlementFebruary 24, 2011 - 20:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian First Deputy Minister of Defense David Tonoyan met with a delegation led by the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE on the Protracted conflicts Giedrius Cekuolis. Sergey Kapinos, Head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan also participated in the meeting. The parties focused on Karabakh conflict settlement issues, as well as Armenia-OSCE cooperation in defense sector. Further, Tonoyan briefed the guests about the situation on the line of contact between NKR and Azerbaijan’s armed forces.
