NKR must be involved in Karabakh talks, RPA member saysMarch 7, 2011 - 15:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - When it finally comes to practical steps in Karabakh conflict settlement, the people and the authorities of Artsakh will have to participate in negotiations and announce their approach to the issue, the member of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) stated. “The principle of people’s right to self determination should be referred to NKR only,” Artak Zakaryan stressed during a news conference in Yerevan. “Neither the statements nor the documents of the OSCE Minsk Group provide clear specification as to the negotiating and conflicting parties. Based on that logic, Artsakh is fully entitled to position itself as a conflicting party,” the RPA member remarked.
