Policeman turns out to be failed bank robberMarch 29, 2011 - 17:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nor Nork Police custodial services department chief, captain Arthur Hakobyan turned out to be the failed robber of Converse Bank subsidiary. Attempting to rob the bank, Hakobyan, who made several shots, was wounded in his leg by the bank's security guards.
