National report on Armenian youth to be submitted in December 2011

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Deputy Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Arsen Karamyan said that a national report on Armenian youth will be ready in December 2011.

The report will cover all problems referring to youth: education, culture, social matters, healthcare, sports, etc.

“The report specifically focuses on three important provisions, these being high-quality education, employment of young people and healthcare. Armenia’s entire youth is involved in the program,” Karamyan said in Yerevan on April 4.

According to him, a similar monitoring was conducted in 2006-2007, but the Armenian youth and its interests have changed since it.

“The report will contribute to adoption of a law on youth, bringing changes,” Karamyan concluded.
