ARMENIA HAS ACHIEVED SOME PROGRESS IN DEMOCRACY DEVELOPMENT, ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER THINKS

Foreign Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian, speaking today at the presentation of the National report on human development in the UN Yerevan Office, said that Armenia has taken practical steps and has achieved certain progress in the development of democracy and human rights.

The minister noted that the National report is very important both for the foreign and domestic policy of Armenia. Oskanian voiced his hope that the report will allow to find ways for further development of the situation in the country and in the South Caucasian region as a whole. --0--
