RA MFA: Turkey and Azerbaijan have problems with national consciousnessApril 22, 2011 - 17:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan said that Turkey and Azerbaijan lack civil self-sufficiency and experience national consciousness problems. Both lacking civil self-sufficiency, Turkey and Azerbaijan build relations with other countries and try to resolve the problems with national consciousness, Kocharyan said in the Armenian parliament during presentation of the book, titled “Armenian-Turkish Relations: Problems and Outlooks.” According to him, these drawbacks resulted in Azerbaijan’s ongoing attempts to consolidate the nation through anti-Armenian policy and propaganda.
