IT'S NOT UP TO NATO TO DECIDE WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THE KARABAKH CONLFICT, NATO SECRETARY GENERAL SAID

PanARMENIAN.Net - 17.01.2001, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. "It's not up to NATO to decide who is to blame for the Karabakh conflict", said NATO Secretary General Lord George Robertson in Baku, commenting upon the statement of Azeri President Heydar Aliyev that "international organizations, including NATO, didn't recognize Armenia as an aggressor state and didn't take any concrete steps to restore justice, as it happened in Kosovo".

Unless the Karabakh conflict is resolved by the conflict parties themselves, economic, social and military problems will be inevitable, "Bilik Dunyasi" quoted Robertson as saying. --0--
