ARMENIA PLANS TO SIMPLIFY THE MECHANISM OF COMPANIES REGISTRATION

PanARMENIAN.Net - 23.12.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. "The Justice Ministry of Armenia has done serious work in 2000 on legislative field improvement", Armenian Minister of Justice David Harutyunian said in the interview to Mediamax.

The minister particularly noted that 14 laws have been worked out, which are new in concept. Harutyunian singled out the law worked out by the ministry, simplifying the order of business registration in the country. Until recent times the businessman had to go to 10-12 instances to register his business, and "the new law reduces the procedure for at least 4 points", the minister said. -0-
