Speaker: aggression against Karabakh won’t remain unanswered

PanARMENIAN.Net - Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan said the international community gradually comes to understand that the people of Nagorno Karabakh are the masters of their destiny and that there is no alternative to their right to self-determination.

“The Armenian side has always reiterated readiness to solve the problem peacefully, through negotiations, but it does not mean that aggression can be left unanswered. Armenia will never disregard Artsakh people’s opinion. The Republic of Artsakh has proved that it is more democratic than some countries of our region,” Abrahamyan said during a sitting of the Armenia-NKR interparliamentary committee.
