RPA member doesn’t expect ‘revolutionary results’ from Kazan meetingJune 21, 2011 - 12:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the National Assembly's standing committee on financial-credit and budgetary affairs, member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Gagik Minasyan does not expect ‘revolutionary results’ from the trilateral presidential meeting in Kazan on June 25. “Complicated conflicts need time to be resolved. Discussions gradually bring to a situation which is finally accepted as inevitable reality,” Minasyan told a press conference in Yerevan. “The pervious meetings and statements have created prerequisites for another round of presidential talks. The fundament for a future agreement on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement in being laid,” he said. Commenting on the recent Azerbaijani media reports saying that the country’s position has not changed, Minasyan noted, “Azerbaijan continues speaking of its territorial integrity, withdrawal of Armenian troops and return of lands.
