During 2000, some progress in negotiations on the cessation of the armed conflict in the region of Nagorno Karabakh has been made, says the annual report 2000 on OSCE activities, issued today in Vienna, was reported to Mediamax in the press service of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.The report particularly says that the meetings of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, held in the search for a common approach to the resolution of the conflict, are of vital importance for progress in the negotiation process.
