SIZE OF TAX COLLECTIONS INCREASED IN ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - 22.11.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The real economic growth in Armenia for the period between January-September of this year made 2.8 percent comparing with the same period of the last year. The size of January-August growth stood at 3.2 percent.

Mediamax was informed from the Central Bank of Armenia that from October 20 to November 2 of 2000 the inflation was registered at 1.01 percent.

From October 20 to November 2 the average annual revenues to the state budget were 879.4 million drams that is 25.8 percent more than the showings of the previous two weeks and 8.2 percent lower than the showings of the same period of last year. -0--
