Armenian Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan noted that issues relating migration processes acquire more regulated facet within the intergovernmental commissions formed in the past 3 years. “The given document is one of those regulating migration flows,” he said, adding that in 2010 Armenian specialists already provided their services to the Republic of Qatar. Gagik Yeganyan, Head of Migration Service at RA Ministry of Territorial Administration told journalists that under the signed agreement Armenian specialists will be provided with job contracts, residence permits, and means of movement in the UAE. Yeganyan added that the UAE invites doctors, architects as well as IT specialists.
