U.S. CO-CHAIR OF THE OSCE MINSK PROCESS WILL PRESENT LECTURE DISCUSSION ON "ETHNIC CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN THE FORMER SOVIET UNION"

Minsk Process Ambassador Carey Cavanaugh will present a lecture discussion on "Ethnic Conflict Resolution in the Former Soviet Union" at the conference, organized by The Center for Peace & Conflict Studies at Wayne State University & The Detroit Council for World Affairs, to be held on October 11.
