Skype in Military Units program to kick off in Artsakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - Skype in Military Units program, aiming to organize online meetings between the servicemen and their families, will launch in 2012 in Artsakh.

As the director of Educational Foundation of Artsakh Vladimir Grigoryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the program was initiated by IT Development Center in Stepanakert and financed by Artsakh Investment Fund, which provided a USD 16000 credit to create a mobile computer center.

As Mr. Grigoryan noted, to implement the initiative, Educational Foundation of Artsakh will sign an agreement with Russia-based high-speed internet providers.

In conclusion, Mr. Grigoryan spoke of computer training courses organised at military units, as another one of Educational Foundation of Artsakh initiatives.
