The restoration of political stability in Armenia opens serious perspectives for the restoration of the economy, the creation of new working places and the gradual resolution of social problems, was stated in the congratulation message of the Prime Minister of Armenia Andranik Margarian on the occasion of the Independence Day, celebrated on September 21, was reported to MEDIAMAX in the press service of the Armenian government.

The Premier stated that the declaration of the Independent Republic of Armenia marked the start of a new historic stage in the life of the Armenian people.
