ANC leader never believed in Armenian people’s potential – Sardarapat memberOctober 5, 2011 - 14:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc leader Levon Ter-Petrossian never believed in the potential of Armenian people, always setting hopes on external forces, according to a member of Sardarapat movement. “Ter-Petrossian is skeptical over the ability of Armenian people to overthrow current authorities without external support,” Zhirayr Sefilyan said. Sefilyan is planning to deliver a speech at today’s rally, focusing on peculiarities of Armenian revolution. Sardarapat member will urge caution over the authorities “foul play”, with ANC leaders accepting its rules. At Sept 30 rally, Ter-Petrossian announced 7-day-long round-the-clock protest actions, with ANC supporters putting up tents at Liberty Square. “Whether to continue actions will be decided in a week,” ANC leader noted.
