Prime Minister Margarian, noting the importance of implicit realization of the taken decisions, ordered to find out the reasons of incomplete realization of the programs and call the guilty to account .

By the order of the prime minister, the control service of the prime minister and the chief department on coordination and control of governmental credits are charged with the control of the current works .

From the credits of the World Bank envisaged for 2000-2002 in the amount of 142 million dollars the paramount importance will be given to their use within the framework of the Irrigation program-2, and in the programs dealing with reforms of the private sector, and such spheres as ecology, public health and education as well. -0-
