THE SECRETARY OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL OF ARMENIA STATES THAT THE WHOLE POTENTIAL OF THE ARMENIAN-RUSSIAN RELATIONS SHOULD BE USED

Of course, we wish that this "a lot" were "a lot more", stated today the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia at the President, the Minister of Defense of Armenia Serzh Sarkisian in the interview to "Golos Armenii" paper.

The increase of help on the part of Russia and the development of the bilateral cooperation depend on people holding the highest posts in Armenia, said Sarkisian. He noted that the cooperation is developing on a high level and has a big potential that should be used.

"Of course, many Armenians would want Russia to break off its relations with Azerbaijan, Turkey and to concern itself with Armenia only. Russia can't permit itself to do it", stressed Serzh Sarkisian. -0-
